We ship anywhere in Canada or the USA. Orders are shipped from supplier within 4-5 days of us receiving your payment. Products usually shipped by UPS. All prices are in  US dollar amounts.

If you wish to return a product, contact us within 5 days of receipt of product to request a return. We will provide you with the address of our suppliers warehouse  and notify them of the return. All returns MUST reach the suppliers warehouse within 14 days of your purchase. Supplier charges a 10% Restocking fee on all returns.You, the Customer are responsible for shipping charges on returns.

Inform us immediately at  info@gazebofun.com   if you have received damaged goods and we will inform our supplier. You will receive information on returning this product to the supplier and there will be no restocking fee. Item will be replaced or a credit will be issued to us by the  supplier, and then we will issue a credit to you.
